1. Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning with EcoSpark Cleaning Service (“EcoSpark,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all one-time, recurring, residential, and short-term rental services.


2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All services must be scheduled in advance.

  • Appointment times are estimated arrival windows, not exact arrival times.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Payment & Authorization

  • A valid payment method is required to secure all bookings.

  • A temporary authorization hold may be placed on your card prior to service. This is not a charge.

  • Payment is finalized after the cleaning is completed unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for completed services, cancellation fees, or no-show fees in accordance with this policy.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled cleaning.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows are subject to a $70 late cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability.

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or reschedules may require prepayment or result in service refusal.


5. Access to the Home

  • Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • If our team cannot access the home within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to the late cancellation fee.

  • EcoSpark is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, locked doors, pets, or alarms.


6. Cleaning Scope & Expectations

  • Initial cleanings may take longer due to the condition of the home.

  • We do not guarantee removal of:

    • Permanent stains

    • Heavy buildup

    • Mold, rust, or damage

  • EcoSpark does not move heavy furniture or appliances unless agreed upon in advance.


7. Supplies & Equipment

  • EcoSpark provides professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • If clients request the use of specific products, EcoSpark is not responsible for results or damage caused by those products.


8. Pets & Safety

  • Pets must be secured during the cleaning.

  • Aggressive animals must be disclosed prior to service.

  • EcoSpark reserves the right to leave the property if safety is compromised.


9. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at EcoSpark’s discretion.


10. Damage & Liability

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

  • EcoSpark is not responsible for:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Pre-existing damage

    • Improperly installed fixtures

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning performed.


11. Service Refusal

EcoSpark reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Repeated last-minute cancellations

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior

  • Non-payment or chargeback activity


12. Communication

  • By booking, you consent to receive service-related communications via SMS, email, or phone.

  • Message and data rates may apply.


13. Changes to Terms

EcoSpark may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings.
