If you book a cleaning service through EcoSpark Cleaning Service, you agree to the following Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. EcoSpark Cleaning Service connects customers with independent cleaning professionals. We take pride in working with reliable, experienced, and professional cleaners. Privacy Policy

EcoSpark Cleaning Service is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, mobile phone numbers, device identifiers, and any text messaging opt-in data or consent. Mobile information and SMS consent data will never be shared with third parties or affiliates.

All data collected is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and is used solely to provide and improve our services, communicate with customers, and manage bookings and payments.

 

 

Pricing

All prices are flat rates or hourly rates based on the estimated time required to clean most homes. While the majority of cleanings are completed within the expected time, some homes may require additional attention due to size, condition, or scope of work.

 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with the assigned cleaner or coordinate a follow-up when possible. Requests made after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for coverage.

EcoSpark Cleaning Service is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or fragile items not secured prior to service. For vacation rentals or short-term rentals, EcoSpark is not responsible for lost revenue or guest-related matters.

 

 

Arrival Time Windows

Arrival times are scheduled within a 1-hour window (for example, 8–9 AM or 12–1 PM). Scheduling delays may occur due to traffic, prior jobs, or unforeseen circumstances. If a cleaner is running late, we will notify you as soon as possible.

 

 

Lifting & Heavy Items

Cleaners are not required to move heavy furniture, appliances, or use tall ladders due to safety concerns. If you would like areas behind or under heavy items cleaned, those items must be moved prior to the service.

 

 

Tipping

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated as a way to recognize excellent service.

 

 

Pets & Minors

Customers are responsible for supervising pets and minors during the cleaning appointment. While cleaners will do their best to be cautious, EcoSpark is not responsible for pet or child supervision.

 

 

Lockouts

A $70 lockout fee may apply if the cleaner is unable to access the property at the scheduled time.

 

 

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a $70 cancellation fee.

 

 

Job Estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. If the actual scope of work differs (additional rooms, different service type, excessive buildup, etc.), the customer may be given the option to approve a revised price or proceed with limited service.

 

 

Payment Terms

Customers must have a valid payment method on file prior to service. If payment cannot be secured by the service time, the appointment may be cancelled.

 

 

Termination

Customers may cancel services with at least 24 hours’ notice. EcoSpark Cleaning Service reserves the right to terminate services immediately if these terms are violated.

 

 

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide a safe working environment, unobstructed access to areas being cleaned, and access to utilities such as water and electricity. Fragile or valuable items should be secured prior to the appointment.
