By booking a cleaning service through EcoSpark Cleaning Service (“EcoSpark”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. EcoSpark is a referral platform that connects customers (“Client”) with independent cleaning professionals (“Cleaner”). EcoSpark does not directly employ cleaners.
EcoSpark is not the employer of any Cleaner. Cleaners are independent contractors who are responsible for the manner and means of performing their work. By booking services, Client acknowledges that EcoSpark facilitates scheduling, communication, and payment, that the Cleaner is solely responsible for performing the cleaning service, and that EcoSpark does not supervise or control the Cleaner’s work.
Payment is due prior to or at the time of service. A valid payment method must be kept on file. Pricing is based on estimates and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ. Time may be billed in increments where applicable. Failure to provide valid payment may result in cancellation.
All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the Client. If the scope differs, such as additional rooms, excessive buildup, or a different service type, the Client may approve a revised price or proceed with limited service.
Cleaners are independent contractors and not employees of EcoSpark. Client acknowledges they may assume certain responsibilities depending on how they interact with the Cleaner, including direction or control of work and potential legal or tax obligations under applicable law. EcoSpark is not responsible for employment-related obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcoSpark shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the acts or omissions of a Cleaner. EcoSpark is not responsible for breakage, damage, or loss caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improper installation, or unsecured fragile or valuable items. Client agrees to release and hold EcoSpark harmless from claims arising from services performed by a Cleaner.
Cleaners are expected to exercise reasonable care and avoid using client appliances unless necessary. Appliances, including stoves and ovens, should not be used unless required for cleaning. Any appliance or control handled must be returned to the OFF position. Cleaners are expected to perform a final walkthrough to confirm that stove burners and ovens are off, faucets are off, and no visible safety hazards remain. EcoSpark does not guarantee detection of all hazards and is not responsible for underlying appliance malfunctions or unsafe conditions within the property.
If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify EcoSpark within 24 hours. We will coordinate with the Cleaner for a possible resolution or touch-up. Requests after 24 hours may not be eligible.
Any issues, damages, or safety concerns must be reported within 24 hours. EcoSpark may assist in communication between Client and Cleaner but does not assume liability for resolution.
Appointments are scheduled within a one-hour arrival window. Delays may occur due to traffic, prior jobs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Lockouts may result in a service charge.
Client agrees not to directly hire or solicit a Cleaner introduced through EcoSpark without notifying EcoSpark. If a Client engages a Cleaner outside the platform within six months, a referral fee may apply.
Client is responsible for supervising pets and minors, providing safe working conditions, and securing valuables and fragile items. EcoSpark is not responsible for supervision or control of pets or children.
Client must provide access to the property and utilities including running water and electricity. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or incomplete service.
EcoSpark maintains general liability insurance. Independent Cleaners may carry their own insurance; however, EcoSpark does not guarantee or control individual policies. Proof of insurance may be provided upon request.
EcoSpark reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time. Clients may cancel services with proper notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
By booking a service, Client agrees to these Terms whether or not they have been physically signed. Electronic booking constitutes acceptance.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized text messages, including SMS and MMS messages, from EcoSpark Cleaning Service. These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates, service updates, customer support messages, follow-ups, and special offers related to cleaning services.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from EcoSpark Cleaning Service. Message and data rates may apply.
Message frequency will vary. EcoSpark Cleaning Service reserves the right to change the frequency of messages sent at any time, including increasing or decreasing the total number of messages. EcoSpark Cleaning Service also reserves the right to change the phone number from which messages are sent, and we will notify you when required.
Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. EcoSpark Cleaning Service, its service providers, and supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

EcoSpark Cleaning Service is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect your phone number solely to provide cleaning service communications, appointment updates, customer support, follow-ups, and promotional offers you have opted into.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide messaging services.
To stop receiving text messages from EcoSpark Cleaning Service, text STOP to the phone number from which you received the message. After texting STOP, you will receive one additional message confirming that your unsubscribe request has been processed.
You acknowledge that our text messaging platform may not recognize unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command. EcoSpark Cleaning Service and its service providers are not liable for failing to honor requests that do not use the required STOP keyword.
If you unsubscribe from one EcoSpark Cleaning Service text message program, you may continue to receive messages from any other EcoSpark Cleaning Service text message programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs.
